Payment Methods

Payment methods for your registration fee are:

  • Credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
  • iDeal (Dutch participants only)

Erasmus MC – Het Congresbureau will handle the registration fee payments for the ISPS 2019 Conference. After registration has been completed, and payment of the registration fee has been received, will receive a letter of confirmation with a proof of payment (pdf via e-mail).

 

As a participant of the conference, you carry full responsibility for the payment of your registration fee. If your registration fee will be paid via invoice by your employer you are responsible for ensuring it is paid by the requested date (within 2 weeks of the invoice being issued). Should you be unable to attend the conference, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. In this case the original participant should provide an e-mail message requesting the cancellation, and mentioning the name of the substitute delegate, before June 28, 2019 to the conference secretariat

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be e-mailed to the conference secretariat
  • Cancellations received on or before June 28th 2019 – 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
  • Cancellations received after June 28th 2019 – no refund will be issued.

NB The Conference organizer is not obligated to fulfill an obligation if prevented from doing so as a result of circumstances wholly or partly beyond its control. An insufficient number of participants or force majeure prior to or during the congress or other service provided by the Conference organization, gives the Conference organization the right to cancel or postpone the event.
